(More customer reviews)I was hesitant about purchasing...however, the flavor was the best I have had out of protein drinks with very few carbs. I am really shocked at the low sugar, carbs, but with great taste. The ONLY downside is...there are little clumps in the bottom that dont really mix up no matter how much you shake it. I just dealt with it...because it was only at the bottom of the drink. Also, you can dress this up in a blender with a banana a spoonful of peanut butter...a dash of unsweetened cocoa, and a cube of ice. YUM! This is on my permanent protein shake list! No more bullet shots from the health store that make me gag! This also curbed hunger very well...and worked excellently for me when needing a quick liquid meal, as a lap-band patient. I will be buying more.
