(More customer reviews)I usually love this product. It is the only diet protein drink that I like. However, this company seems to have problems with quality control. This batch of Cappuccino is best not shaken. Shaking the product causes big globs of overdone material to detach from the bottom. Sucking this thru the straw is not pleasant. I hope they are able to fix this problem, especially considering the price they ask for it!
