I signed up for "Subscribe & Save" every six months so I could have one tin a month of this flavor, but it makes no sense to do so since four months before I get another delivery the batch will be past the expiration. I'm really disappointed since other purchases I've made through Amazon have never had this issue. The coffee itself is good and one of the few decafs I've tried with a nice flavor, but you need to drink it quick before you have to toss it.

I personally prefer my coffee less sweet, so I use 2 teaspoons of this Caramel Latte, plus 1 teaspoon of instant espresso. Is it as good as a coffee house latte? No, but I don't expect it to be. However, it is a great at home substitute without pulling out the espresso machine.

I do the milk disk first, ten the expresso. Another way to
brighten this fab drink up is to add a double shot of a flavored
syrup from daVinci, also, bought here on line, and double YUMMY!!!
You can also add some of the flavored creamers, for an added flavor,
whip it in the cup first, then do the milk disk, then the expresso.

(More customer reviews)The final ingredient on the box is sucralose, but after a serving of this, I'd have thought it was the first ingredient. The first sip is fine, then the sour/bitter aftertase sets in, and completely overwhelmes the tea and spices. If you're not averse to things like Splenda/aspartame/sucralose and all the other names for the chemicals that are fake sugar, then you probably won't object to this. I on the other hand, regret my purchase as a waste of $10. Practically undrinkable.

(More customer reviews)I was VERY disappointed in the Chai Tea Latte. I was very excited to try it and after brewing my first cup the smell was of a wonderful creamy pumpkin pie. But after my first sip I knew there was something horribly wrong. Sure enough I realized I should have looked at the ingredients before spending $9. The chai tea disk contains Splenda (sucralose) which to those of us who can't stand the stuff, and can detect it in any food no matter how subtle the metallic aftertaste, was a HUGE disappointment. It makes no sense to me why the makers would use Splenda to sweeten the chai tea when the latte creamer includes sugar already. So if you like or don't mind Splenda you will probably really enjoy this. On the other hand if you are sensitive to it your first cup may also be your last, as mine was. :(

(More customer reviews)Slightly less sweet than the Dunkin Donuts' version, Oregon Vanilla Chai Tea shares an otherwise similar taste, but at half the calories. I got hooked to the DD version about 5 years ago and went on a search for a similar product I could make at home. After sampling every other chai tea available, I can say with confidence that Oregon easily makes the best product. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is the high sugar content. In fact, sugar is the ingredient listed first on the ingredient list, which means there's more sugar in this drink than anything else. Of course, it's still less sugar than DD, but that's my only reservation about the mix.

Much stronger than I expected, and honestly Id prefer this over the coffee shop. Next time I make a cup i will actually set it to a larger cup to take away just a little bit of the intensity and sweetness, or maybe add some milk to the cup ahead of time. Overall this exceeded my expectations.

(More customer reviews)I have tried the Original (full sugar) and Sugar Free Original concentrates and thought they were ok. Not bad, but not great either. This dry mix I thought would be worse but I like to give things a try. I was wrong. This dry mix is actually better than the liquid concentrate. Add to that that it does not spoil like the concentrate does, it is a no brainer. I follow the directions and add a splash or so of 1% milk after I mix it. Enjoy!Disclaimer....I bought this same product at my local grocery store. I just ran out and was looking for it on Amazon and decided to write a review. It is actually cheaper locally, so I am still going to get it but wanted to write a review anyways since there was none.

(More customer reviews)To start this is my first matcha/green tea latte powder that I bought and I have to admit it is really good. I know they use "unsweetened" matcha in starbuck w/ melon syrup from torani (which they do not sell anymore). This product already comes sweetened which is great to save money from buying syrups and this items also mixes very well with medium-hot drinks. My guide to using this is below so its not so sweet to the palette and I use whole milk for the richness. To close I would recommend this product to anyone and matter of fact about to finish my 3 lbs. bag and buying a refill right now :).
Venti = 20oz = 4 tablespoons
Grande = 16oz = 3 tablespoons
Tall = 12oz = 2 tablespoons

(More customer reviews)I have tried all of the "special" Dolce Gusto drinks since getting my machine. I am not a fan of plain coffee, but drinks like the Mocha, Latte Macchiato were all good. However, with each of them I was still not happy with the flavor I got. They all seemed to me missing something (like the mocha in the Mocha drink)
Not any more! This Caramel Latte Macchiato is AMAZING. It is way better than anything I have had from this machine or any coffee house in my life. The smell while using the milk cup is great. The caramel flavoring is in the milk and it smells so good. I wish they would make a candle or something out of that smell.
As for the drink itself, it is very, very good. I like to stir mine to mix the flavors but you can enjoy it either way. Just like the normal Latte Macchiato, this one gives you the same look when using a clear glass. It is very smooth as well with no bad after taste.
My only issue (which is with the whole Dolce Gusto machine in general) is the price! For the roughly 8oz you get with this drink, you are paying around $1.00. I could go to starbucks and get a much larger cup of a caramel latte for around the same price I would pay if I had to use 3 sets of cups. The whole point of buying the machine was to save money, but that is just not happening. It also doesn't help that Amazon does not have this on the monthly reorder service to save a few dollars, but hopefully that will be coming soon. The price alone is what makes this amazing drink get a four stars from me.
