(More customer reviews)The Amazon marketing machine snared my family on this one. I could not imagine why anyone would buy this product, I mean really.......Frozen Hot Chocolate? But when I was making a coffee purchase, I was offered a coupon for $10 off a $50 order. I was looking for something else to buy to get my purchase over $50 when I stumbled across this product and thought, what the heck, I'm effectively paying $10 for this $20 frozen hot chocolate, so I justified that if my family didn't like it, it would only be a $10 throw away. WOW!! We tried it and now my whole family of five is totally hooked on it. I imagine my next order will be for $50 of Big Train 20 Below alone as we are also sending some to other family members and friends as gifts. I think it will be safe to say that it will be the first time they received frozen hot chocolate as a gift.
