(More customer reviews)I hate to use this word, but this product truly is ORGASMIC. It comes out perfect, cup after cup, having a creamy yet zingy taste. The first time I tried it was at Einstein Bros. Bagels (the use the concentrate themselves to create "their" Chai Tea Latte). When I first tried this, I exclaimed to myself, "WOW!!!!". Any person I have ever served this to was willing to vouch that their tastebuds were in sheer ecstasy.
