(More customer reviews)I've tried this and the Chocolate Peanut Butter. The Chocolate Peanut butter is too sweet for me, but it's tasty. A friend gave me a couple of packets of each flavor. I made each using skim milk (it's what I had), using a decent ice-crushing blender (Oster, with 6 blades).
This one has the same great flavor of a Starbucks Frappuccino, maybe even a little bolder and sweeter; but you don't get that layer of flavorless ice on top when you're half way done. It was more like a milkshake, all the way down! And after drinking one, you can definitely tell there's some caffeine as well. I like the Espresso flavor so much that I subscribed to the 25 packs at 6 month intervals, so I can keep this as a Saturday morning habit.
You could probably also use vodka for the liquid, and make a very tasty "Espresso Martini" flavored frozen drink!
Note that the nutritional information is for one serving. Each packet makes two servings.

And if you think not than you're just too picky and you should go there and pay the price for the real thing! I mean seriously what more could you ask for? By signing up for subscribe & save thru Amazon it drops the price down to $19.12 with free shipping and you pick when you want your next shipment to be, up to 6 months out, plus if you put in the promotional coupon code UNILEV51 you get another 15% off bringing your total to only $14.62 for a case of 6 average ketchup size bottles 16.5oz! Which breaks down to be $2.44 per bottle. You can go into your account and skip an order or get one sooner or even cancel anytime you want. Once you open a bottle you put it in the refrigerator, they're not gigantic size like the 64oz ones which may expire before you have a chance to use it up. The quaility of the product itself far exceeds it's price. Rich flavor and thick texture, a little goes along way, even for those who like there's extra sweet like me! I drink my latte's with quadropple shots and use more syrup to level out the bitterness while keeping the strongness. My coffe mug is large and I make at least one if not two drinks per day, with that being said for a reference it still takes me at least a week to use one bottle. I do buy the StarBucks beans, the Italian roast instead of the Expresso it's a stronger bean so I don't have to use as much. What I use to pay $7.88 for(6 shot, venti, white mocha)I now pay approximately $0.86! My savings in the first month alone paid for a cappichino-expresso-steamer-coffee maker macchine and I didn't buy a cheap one either. Of course it's not exactly StarBucks, but once you've played around and experimented to get it the way you like it the difference is minor enough for the sacrifice and the HUGE savings! What I use to spend per year at Starbucks will now easily cover the cost of my utility bills: gas, electric and my cell phone! So exactly how picky do you really want to be?

(More customer reviews)Great Product! We started experimenting with soy milk due to allergy concerns/sinus congestion with regular organic milk. We wanted to see if we were less congested with soy milk. The consensus is that it does seem to help a bit, so we wanted to stay with it. BUT---> it destroyed our morning lattes, UNTIL we found soy blenders. It's a staple in our home,now.
We use a Superautomatic Espresso machine for daily coffee/lattes (Saeco Talea Touch) and anyone who's ever tried steaming soy milk knows it doesn't steam correctly for lattes. Traditional soy milk is too runny to whip up and produce a lovely microfoam. These soy blenders were designed to steam and produce microfoam for your latte!
Do know though, that it *seems* like traditional soy milk until you steam it, that's when the magic happens. I do find that occassionally it produces too thick a microfoam, but I simply remove that from the top of my steaming pitcher and use the lovely silky foam that's underneath the surface of the denser bubbles!
Overall, if you're making lattes, there is NO other alternative if you use soy milk! Trouble is, it goes out of stock on Amazon too quickly, I'd like to see them stock it more reliably. When it's in, I stock up, and since you can store it on the shelf in the pantry without refrigeration, (another plus!) it's no problem to stockpile some so you don't need to order too frequently!
Highly recommended!!

(More customer reviews)So I have tried all the Torani vanilla syrups and this one tastes the best to me by far. The french vanilla is too sweet and fake tasting, the plain vanilla is fine, but this one imparts a more intense vanilla flavor. I'm a huge fan. My kids mostly love it to flavor their milk, cold or hot. Hey, it doesn't stain like chocolate milk, so that's a plus. Also adds awesome flavor to cocoa. We're not coffee drinkers but I'm sure people use it for that, and I have also tasted ice cream flavored with this that was the best soft serve ice cream of my life. Also delicious made into Italian sodas, using club soda, 2 oz. of syrup, and some half and half. Be forewarned that the three-pack usually comes in plastic bottles, rather than glass. A plus for shipping, maybe not as pretty sitting on a shelf, and less recyclable. Just FYI.

Well, once again a person with no brains changed the formula!! You will notice that the container looks different, it is tan instead of white. They made it "foamy" and when you taste it - if you are a Chai Latter lover - you will gag at the first sip.
The foam is horrible and the flavor, well they left out some of the spices. It is not the same taste by any means no matter how strong you try to make it.
This item used to be my absolute favorite. I will never purchase it again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The first time I tried it was at Einstein Bros. Bagels (the use the concentrate themselves to create "their" Chai Tea Latte). When I first tried this, I exclaimed to myself, "WOW!!!!". Any person I have ever served this to was willing to vouch that their tastebuds were in sheer ecstasy.

It's rich and creamy and keeps me from having a sweet treat in the late afternoon. You can even brew the espresso t-disc twice to get more beverage for your 60 calories without sacrificing flavor! If you're looking for a caffeinated version, Maxwell House's is excellent and I just ordered the Starbucks today.

If I had ordered a darker roast from them I might have been able to give them 5 stars. In any case, I'm pretty sure I'll order their coffee again -- maybe the Sumatran next time.
